These Terms of Service govern your use of the SafeKit mobile application. By downloading or using SafeKit, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the app

SafeKit is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree to use the app in compliance with all applicable laws and not misuse or attempt to interfere with the app’s functionality.

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use SafeKit. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the app with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

You may delete your account at any time directly within the app.

4. Subscriptions and payments

SafeKit offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your Apple ID account settings
